Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and expand her business

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. History: He was born into a rich family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
