She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Shifting is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Shifting was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tabaxis became a terror of the countryside.
