Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty red coat over it. His hair is cut close to his head. He has a dull look in his hazel eyes.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Description: This northern woman is abnormally tall. She wears a simple tan robe with brown stripes complete with hood. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. Her hair is chestnut, silky, and of moderate length. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are hazel.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She disdains her fellow northerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 2'11" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty white coat over it. His hair is chestnut and curly. His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Unemployed. The war was a terrible time for him, and Fargas does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A gifted student he started as a Fisher, but he got bored and became a Unemployed. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to be a fisher again

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. She wears tattered old clothes. Her blonde hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines amber.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Virra liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and grey, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Duergath was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Apothecary. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and money/treasure
