Description: A 3'10" southern woman, she very much looks the part of a Bowyer. Her red hair is long and unkept. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: Born in the south to a Bowyer, Vonana learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Bowyer for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Bowyer responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she wears light armors faded through time and improper care. Her chestnut hair is still thick. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are hazel.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after Katherine was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Katherine's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids.

Personality: Norman is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ploughman for hire.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and sabotage a competitor

Description: She wears black leather gloves, a black jacket, and tight pants. She has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. Her gold crest is unkempt and raggedy. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady red eyes.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. While she appears to be a normal Dragonborn, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: This man loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and to get a good night's sleep
