Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He usually wears his blue robe and has his scimitar always slung over his shoulder. He keeps his silver hair in a flapper bob. His gray eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed blue hat.
Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: Alston was born with his mother's beautiful face. When Alston reached his early adolescence his Gnome mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has achieved small success as a Spy.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and money/treasure

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Half-Orc, and stands approximately 6'4". He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior, and his gloved hand is found clutching a spear. He has styled his auburn hair well, parting it to the right. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Orc in existence. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.
History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Gimble was born on a far eastern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Barkeep. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and regain custody of his daughter

Description: He has a missing right arm. He prefers to wear grey clothing when he does not wear armor. His moppish silver hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He has brown eyes and a grey hat with a black feather.
Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Architect work with an outfit from a few towns over. Architect work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. After a long history of fighting, Barendd and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he's repulsed by the pc

Description: He wears just a yellow suit. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. His red hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are amber.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: Born in the east to a Bookbinder, Robert learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Robert took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up falchion and armor he uses now. He tends to his Bookbinder job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to end his boredom
