History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. At a young age his father died while driving off some drow. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in greataxe use. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature greataxe.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and to settle down with his crush

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Many orcs want him driven away; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the north. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Stableman work with an outfit from a few towns over. Stableman work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
