Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Nikki embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Lamlis never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She always admired druidic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

History: Tagga lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He tends to his Stableman job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and balancing his hectic life and new stableman responsibilities is difficult
