History: Gifted from a young age, Peren studied abroad. After coming to the age of reason, Peren took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When Chay reached his early adolescence his Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His first spouse was a Priest, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
