Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He has dyed his greying black hair a little too much giving a sharp black color. His amber eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Kite was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes illithids are coming to abduct people. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it

Description: 5'7" and muscular, this southern man tends to wear a large green jacket. His hair is purple, silky, and of moderate length. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Spy. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: He got into the Spy business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Spy. He has taken up work as a Spy and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new spy responsibilities is difficult

Description: This tall, slender woman wears long strands of topaz and short black dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. Her hair is short and chestnut. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Tiefling companion (her 'brother'). Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jezebeth fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and meet up once more with her childhood friend
