History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Paelias fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She struck the Mason job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: He was born in the north. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Servant they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Fortune-teller, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it
