History: Tim lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. In her 12th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Sumnes hails from a village terrorized by illithids. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
