Description: This malnourished man is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. With a patchy brown beard and wild brown hair. His eyes are violet and beady.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, John embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He feels threatened by others.

Description: He wears suspenders and black workpants. His shirt is green, and he wears a heavy black leather apron most of the time, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'8" when asserting himself. His silver hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His silver eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Glassblower for the past few years.
Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: This woman stands a little under 4'3" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She is wearing a long, brown cloak. Her hair is white and curly. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.
Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes drow are coming to abduct people. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.
Motivation: To pay off her debts; and many drow want her driven away

Description: This woman is typically in her Miller uniform. She is muscular with a powerful set of arms. Her hair is short and white. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Damaia embodies much of what other species detest in the Tieflings. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.
History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the east. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Miller. After a long history of fighting, Damaia and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to be a junk dealer again

Description: A plain young-adult woman, she is generally shirtless and showing off her tattooed chest. She wears her white fur down. Her eyes are yellow.
Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She refers to her adoptive mother for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Assassin work with an outfit from a few towns over. Assassin work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and a rival would like her out of the picture
