History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Zook grew up listening to his father's many stories. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Sculptor. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. Lilli enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Lilli lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Sculptor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sculptor work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
