History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Pyntle was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He struck the Carpenter job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and balancing his hectic life and new carpenter responsibilities is difficult
