History: Born to a Servant, her father struggled to pay the bills. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Charles was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cartwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Crown-heir arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
