Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Gifted from a young age, Cecily studied abroad. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Cartwright. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town.
