History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Art never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Personality: Jarsali wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Wizard, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.
