Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He dresses in white turtlenecks beneath a black coat with red slacks, marred by beers. He has no hair. His ears are large.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He receives visions of the future at random moments
History: Nybarg hails from a village terrorized by giants. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.
History: Eleanor lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.
Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A gifted student he started as a Mercenary, but he got bored and became a Architect. He now owns his own business.

Description: This slender woman stands about 5'10". She prefers to wear brown clothing when she does not wear armor. Her fur is cinnamon, silky, and of moderate length. Her copper unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Silent is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. One day when Silent was young, her mother was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly her mother dropped to the ground dead. Her mother had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Silent was heart-stricken from the event, and her father started working long hours to provde for them. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and doesn't want to be a shepherd and was forced into it by her family

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 4'1" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with grey lining and desert motifs. Her chestnut hair is smooth and relatively long. She wears an eyepatch.
Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.
History: Ovina hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dwarven conditions. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Ovina was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the gnolls.
Motivation: Many gnolls want her driven away; and a deep hatred of gnolls
