History: Her martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her martial abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: Birel was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Rogue, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Rogue in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She found a children's book about a Elf Rogue who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
