History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: Juliana hails from a village terrorized by goblins. She worked as a nervous Scribe and found it very stressful. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins.

Description: He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his pickaxe with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'1" when asserting himself. His rusty crest has been sun bleached extensively. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines red.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears a black vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His yellow leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his black boots flare out at the collars. He has no crest. His eyes are gold.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Heskan lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and an old rival family wants him found

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and wants to raise his children well
