History: Born in the west to a Painter, Randal learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Painter. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Painter for hire.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: Raiann lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized sapphire on his right hand. He has styled his blonde hair well, parting it to the right. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born in the north. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
