Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She works hard and plays hard.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she seems to be bored by most things

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. With bright red hair and a scraggly beard. His eyes are hazel and catlike.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born in the south to a Courier, Ombul learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Ombul was born on a far southern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Courier. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Locksmith they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Courier, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Igden was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty yellow coat over it. His chestnut hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His ears are large.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mercenary responsibilities is difficult.

Description: He wears just a black suit. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His red hair is lengthy. His hazel eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. A true patriot, Dûgz would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs
