History: Gifted from a young age, Wiggan studied abroad. A freak accident while working with his Performer mother left him crippled. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Ilanis was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Ilanis was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Ilanis decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Some 2 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. History: Dagger was born with his father's beautiful face. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
