History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.

History: Reynard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. After a long history of fighting, Reynard and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it

Description: This late middle aged woman wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. She usually doesn't wear a shirt and is in decent physical shape. Her white hair is greasy and uncared for. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: She was born in the south. Her parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when she was still a young child. The dire rats captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: She comes from a rich western family. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Money/treasure.

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized grey coat, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His blonde hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His eyes are likewise blue.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He found a children's book about a Dwarf Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.
