Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. Her blonde hair is long and unkept. Her green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Eloise wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Knight they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Merchant, and she later adopted a second son.

Motivation: To unite with her brother; and retire the richest woman in the south

Description: She is a husky woman, who is generally shirtless and showing off her tattooed chest. She wears her black hair down. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep blue.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She was born in a small forest village. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: She wears dark leathers with embroidery. She is portly but not overly obese. Her white hair is well kept. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and her religion dominates her actions

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His brown fur is long and unkept. His fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born into a rich family. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is greedy; and money/treasure

Description: The light-skinned man stands 3'1" and wears white robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a hammer, but if one is not available he will default to his longsword. His long silver hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are amber.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. After a long history of fighting, Darrow and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to share knowledge with the world
