Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a tan cloak and cross-gartered red stockings. His moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He has a dull look in his blue eyes.
Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Interpreter for hire.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: He sports violet clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. He has a red handlebar mustache and slicked back red hair. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. A true patriot, Roger would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Adventurer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Stylist, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: This tall, slender woman is well dressed, constantly wearing a green suit, tan shirt, and yellow tie. She keeps her bronze crest in a pixie cut. Her red eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: She is fixated on the number 42. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She receives visions of the future at random moments
History: The child of a Herbalist, who enjoyed hunting, Synthrin was taken on many hunting expeditions. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Synthrin grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Synthrin. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears bulky yellow painted plate armor. Her hair is cut close to her head. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady gray eyes.
Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Herbalist arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Through the years after Elama was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Elama's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She is greedy.

Description: He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his pickaxe with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He carries with him a set of pickaxes, each one with a emerald on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He has dyed his greying white fur a little too much giving a sharp white color. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tabaxis became a terror of the countryside. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Harvest fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and wants to have a good time and be beloved
