Description: This man wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized opal on his left hand. His white hair is greasy and uncared for. He is baby faced.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Painter arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His silver hair is matted, messy, and big. His fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying north to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Description: He is a pot bellied southern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. He has a very tight haircut. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Faran lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: A plain young-adult woman, she wears a white shirt, with a black mid length skirt with black tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. Her hair is brown and curly. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady amber eyes.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and she has money and likes to spend it
