History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Astar reached his early adolescence his Tiefling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Description: This fat northern woman has a bulbous nose and wears a robe, a symbol of strength around her neck, and a pickaxe on her belt. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. She has shaved her head bald. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Jasmine's homeland. Jasmine decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
