Personality: Kilvar wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Barbarian, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: A middle-aged woman, she prefers to wear violet pants and tee shirts, and is pretty ugly. Her hair is golden and very short. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.

Personality: She is mildly Half-Elf supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Yvonne grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Yvonne. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Description: She is a woman of bearing and well nourished. She wears a white shirt, with a yellow mid length skirt with yellow tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. Her silver hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Sailor. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Sailor for hire.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Sailor responsibilities is difficult.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
