History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Bertram was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has achieved small success as a Armorer.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: This woman is dressed in earthy colors with a black and pastel handkerchief worn on her right side. She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized amethyst on her right hand. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. She has several tiny amethyst earrings on each ear.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. Her job bores her to no end. She has decided to make it more interesting.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Armorer arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.

Description: A middle-aged man, he tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look, and is pretty ugly. His white hair is lengthy. His hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gnarsh embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Orcs. A true patriot, Gnarsh would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and he has a crush on the local junk dealer
