Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Rose will drive conversation. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the south.

Description: This man wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. He wears his white hair down. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Description: A 5'2" eastern woman, she dresses in white turtlenecks beneath a black coat with white slacks. Her auburn hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: She is mildly Half-Orc supremacist, though she does not identify as such. Grai enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Dragonborn companion (her 'brother'). She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Cask grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
