History: Horhog was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Navigator work with an outfit from a few towns over. History: He was born in the west. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
