History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Oolah was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: He is an average looking northern male in his early mid-life. He wears a red coat over a black low-cut shirt, and a small hat upon his head. His hair is long and chestnut with streaks of golden, and is pulled back with small red clips. His beard is golden, braided, and well cared for. He has gleaming, smiling amber eyes.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Laborer. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Hobart was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Druid, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Druid in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. His hair is chestnut and curly. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and money/treasure

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nemeia grew up listening to her father's many stories. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is her passion.

Description: Dark and lean, she is a relatively plain woman. She prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. She carries her fan with her everywhere and carries herself as the perfect lady. She has styled her blonde hair well, parting it to the left. Her brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it.
