Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Agnes's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Agnes grew up listening to her father's many stories. Her parents were killed by goblins in a raid when she was still a young child. The goblins captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has dedicated herself to building a better kind of golem.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

Description: 5'2" and muscular, this northern woman typically wears blue cloth garments or leather armor. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. She has several tiny ruby earrings on each ear.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She is greedy; and she has money and likes to spend it

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light tan in addition to tight pants. He keeps his long brown hair kept up in a rat tail. He has a dull look in his violet eyes.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Koeth was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Dwarven people; and dwarven compassion

Description: Her left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing grey cape and mantle trimmed with soft blue waves gently in the breeze. She has auburn hair. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: She got into the Armorer business at a young age. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the north were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and she is greedy

Description: She is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by her earthly robes.. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Shax was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Shax's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
