When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Baker for the past few years.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Healer.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Through the years after Torz was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Torz's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers
