Description: An older man who is dressed in earthy colors with a pastel and black handkerchief worn on his left side, he is not a threatening figure. He has yellow fur. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she has money and likes to spend it

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He wears his auburn hair up in a very large beehive style do. His blue eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed brown hat.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dwarven conditions. After a long history of fighting, Taklinn and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Description: A plain young-adult woman, she wears a tan coat over a black low-cut shirt, and a wide-brimmed hat upon her head. Her hair is brown and very short. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She is content.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: She was born into a rich family. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She struck the Bather job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and she uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs
