Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

History: Born in the west to a Mercenary, Puyet learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

History: Born to a Banker, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Through the years after Kite was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Kite's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
