Dayereth Ilphelkiir, Male Elf [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with deerstalker hat. With a patchy brown beard and wild brown hair. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
Ideals: Logical, Fighting. Flaws: Shy, Insane. Bonds: Military. Occupation: Body Guard
Voice: Whispers

Verna Shadowquick, Female Halfling [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: The dark-skinned woman stands 2'9" and wears tattered old clothes. Her brown hair is still thick. Her eyes are likewise blue. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Verna embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Verna is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
History: Verna was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Bard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Gnomish companion (her 'brother'). She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is her passion; and she's repulsed by the pc
Ideals: Justice. Flaws: Ugly, Antagonistic. Bonds: Poor, Adventurer. Occupation: Healer
Voice: Low range voice
