History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born to a Cook, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Doctor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His black hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a cross scrunchie. His eyes are a pleasant violet.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. The war was a terrible time for him, and Cory does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Cory was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: She was born into a rich family. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she is greedy

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Drifting was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs; and an old rival family wants her found
