Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
