History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. Through the years after Dain was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Dain's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: Syllin was born with her mother's beautiful face. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. After months of barely getting by, Syllin managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.
