History: The child of a Miner, who enjoyed hunting, Mella was taken on many hunting expeditions. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mella fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her druidic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She now owns her own business.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Efferil abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sickle.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Born to a Stableman, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered south to less war torn lands. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and retire the richest woman in the south
