Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. The war was a terrible time for him, and Heian does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He bought a halberd and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
