Through the years after Adrex was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Adrex's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Aramil hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Through the years after Tordrid was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Tordrid's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Ahrim was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.
