History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Drifting was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.

Description: A middle-aged man, he prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman, and is pretty ugly. His beige fur is braided into rings. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is a great chef.

History: He was born into a rich family. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tabaxis became a terror of the countryside. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: This eastern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She is wearing a long, brown, dusty cloak. Her broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her ears are large.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and she has money and likes to spend it
