History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Shepherd arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Dustin was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

History: Born in the south to a Cartwright, Irann learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
