Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Map Maker arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
