History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

His hair is chestnut and very short. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. The war was a terrible time for him, and Whurbin does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When Whurbin reached his early adolescence his Dwarf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Slave Trader for the past few years.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Henk was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Brewer. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Description: This southern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She usually wears her brown robe and has her ceremonial dagger always slung over her shoulder. Her black hair is heavily combed to the right. Her gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Tordrid's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Tordrid fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Locksmith and was forced into it by her family; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes
