Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Spy work with an outfit from a few towns over. Spy work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She struck the Spy job and began her own company from there.

History: The child of a Mayor, who enjoyed hunting, Vicky was taken on many hunting expeditions. Her first spouse was a Mayor, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion
