History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bellfounder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Zook and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and revenge
